Physical Inspection

Buyers need to investigate the property they are buying. The first step once you have your offer accepted is to hire a PROFESSIONAL property inspector from a physical inspection company to inspect the property. Depending on the findings you may need to have additional inspections conducted.

The Physical Inspection should be scheduled immediately after offer acceptance. The buyer pays $300-500 (depending the size and features like pool/spa etc.) for this at the time of the inspection. Read more about the Physical Inspection process in a brochure we can provide for you.
